Seriously, I am older, Gen X. I wholeheartedly agree with this sub. I now have a job that pays me what I got paid my 3rd year out of college. Yes I have a degree and a master’s. Please let me know why a lot of you stay at your place of employment. I have read horror stories about getting written up for being 5 minutes late or sitting down or taking too many bathroom breaks. In my lifetime, this is the first time workers have the advantage over their employers. It is awesome to see this community force wages to go up. Again, never happened in my life. Why stay at such a shitty job when you should be able to change with a possibility of higher pay and better treatment. Thanks and keep pushing for as much as you can with pay and treatment of workers!
