So I worked for a local warehouse and I did part time work there. My trainer was a convicted child predator who sleep with a 13 year old girl for years. He was hated not just because of that but he was a racist telling my friend you can call me cracker now boy while cracking a switch and laughing about it. He caused me and my friend not to get promoted because he told my boss we was lazy and didn’t deserve it even tho our numbers was good and we had everyone in there putting in a good word. He would harass women every day and multiple women said he made them feel uncomfortable. Reason no one told higher up was because he told me and other that if anyone snitched on him he would “make up some lie to get them fired or arrested”. He would always make up stuff to start drama and he made me and my friend feel like we was about to get fired. After months of fearing my job was always in jeopardy I said screw it and reported it. One of boss was supportive and knew what was happening and pushed for action. Sadly my main boss was angry at me giving me attitude and didn’t do a good job keeping the report anonymous like I requested. After month of my boss saying he sent it to hr we checked with hr. They said they hadn’t gotten around to it. So we pushed hard to get him fired and after that I was giving a report from my boss saying my number wasn’t good so he had to give me a warning if I don’t step it up I would be fired. So I looked at my number compared to a women who he said was one of the best. We had the same number she was a little better so I knew what this was about. I put in my 2 weeks a day after and I found I job pays better then my boss and I love. Put before I leave I asked one of my boss who sided with me why they didn’t fire him after all the evidence and complaints he said “sad truth is trainers are hard to come by here”.
