There is a post on Reddit written by a person who put in his two weeks notice, asking how to professionally say:
“one of the managers was abusing her power and being an asshole”.
The top replay was: “Unfortunately, the way x conducts themselves in the office leaves a lot to be desired”
This is madness, have they lost their minds? Why do people speak like brainwashed robots and not like human beings.
Professionalism has to end, it is a form of manipulation and control. You stand up for yourself, that's unprofessional. You join a union unprofessional, you say how things really are unprofessional. You know what is professional? Getting f***** by the company everyday while pretending to enjoy it while they pay you close to nothing while overworking you, just to hear when they lay you off after 5 years. Great job you are such a professional!
