Ideas on how to give management a negative, but professional performance review?

The managers at my workplace are giant pieces of shit. They’re incompetent and the turnover is ridiculously high. This year they hired an external HR firm to conduct a review, and they’re asking for employee feedback. They claim it’s anonymous, but I’m not sure I trust that. What are some ways I can roast them professionally? I feel like if the review is too negative it won’t be taken seriously, but I do want to draw attention to their incompetences and just what a shithole this place is.
