I'm already looking for a new job, but my current manager told me last week that if I don't have the process down that she'd rather terminate me because she quote “doesn't have time to train me”. And I was said, wow I can't believe we are having this conversation not even 90 days in and she said, “yeah we don't waste time here at GQR.” So after she recruited me out of my old job, I don't even have 90 days to learn my job before I start getting threatened with termination because I don't have their weird disheveled process down. My husband told me to just quit, but I'd rather have them fire me so I can get unemployment and hang out for a few months with my kids. I've never been somewhere that would require me to take time off to repair my mental health but HOLY SHIT this place is bad. Their reviews online are atrocious. I should have checked before I left.
