Thats it! I want a boss that doesn't require you to work half a day for free after the interview. That doesn't make contracts where you can't talk about salary. That doesn't expect you to be half an hour early or stay half an hour late at work, unpaid. That doesn't interrupt you when you talk and actually listens to feedback. That makes sure you are trained well to do your work, and doesn't expect the unexpectable. That lets you have your sick day or day off without too much problem. That is as flexible as they expect us to be. That doesn't overload you with a hundred extra things to do. That just sees us as humans.
