Pretty much I work at a university and was in a temp position I was told would be permanent when HR approved it. Turns out the recruiter messed up on communications and they are making a position permanent but not mine. I’ve been pissed especially with how much I’ve bust my ass at this job and developing a program for the university that heavily impacts it
My supervisor said if he could make my position permanent he would but he doesn’t have the budget. Which pisses me off with how much money (millions) the university dumps into their sports programs
Also the chancellor makes $630k a year.
I also met both him and one of his board chairman’s a few weeks ago on accident and his chairman pretty much said along the words “my job is more important than yours”
Anyways I’ve been pretty fucking livid lately with the treatment I’ve been getting at work and other jobs along with this whole looking down crap.
