Lawyers on the sub

We need to have a) lawyers on the sub who can clarify things b) lists of lawyers by state who are worker friendly. Although I would consider myself a litigator, with some contractual drafting experience, I don’t know specific jurisdiction laws and am mostly in the realm of tax. One thing I do need to hammer through is that you can’t sue if there are no damages or causation provable. Document everything and have paper trails from your company, or recordings if it is a 1 party consent state. Also, contracts that break laws are unenforceable.
