Thinks they own my time during the interview process

I applied to a corporate position at a large tech company that I thought would be interesting. They wanted to interview me, but I never got to the interview because of the internal recruiter. They sent me two emails on a Wednesday at 10am. Most of it is basic stuff — telling me they'd like to talk to me, asking me to give them my availability, as well as answer all these questions (why here, why you, etc.). I say I can't because a paying client scheduled that time with me a week prior. It's radio silence for days until they confirm the time 12 hours before the interview is set to happen. I ask to be withdrawn due to lack of schedule flexibility. They come back offering me another call for the same week at 3am. Yes, 3 in the morning with no additional context.

No thanks.
