Had a job interview for a place that offered “same day pay” on the job listing. When I brought it up in the interview, the interviewer had no idea what I was talking about, saying they get paid every two weeks. I checked afterwards on the job listing and there it was, clear as day “Same day pay! You don't have to wait two weeks to get paid!” Wasn't sure if this is the correct sub, but I'm wondering if there's any explanation for this.
