I've worked the same exact security post for 2+ years and I've only ever called out twice in that period. Yesterday morning I had a flat tire so I was a bit late coming in, this morning there was a wreck and traffic on the interstate which meant I was a bit late coming in.
So I get a very (in my opinion) disrespectful text message explaining why I “need to plan for these things and act accordingly because this can't keep happening. We don't care about the reason”
My brother in Christ exactly how do I plan for a flat tire or someone else wrecking on the interstate?
