Walked out on my job today after only 2 months

I went into a new industry 2 months ago and found out I was pregnant a week before I started. We were short staffed already so I got thrown in the deep end and made to “make do” of a shitty situation. I was forced to lift heavy things, job was very high stress. Environment was incredibly toxic with all staff members turning on each other behind their backs. I ended up miscarrying a couple weeks ago, and it last 3 weeks. Extremely traumatic and I ended up having to work through it, because no staff and even manager wasn’t turning up for work. Unpaid overtime expected. Wanted you to take a laptop home and complete training in your own time, expected you to give the company all of your free time.

So today I walked into work with my keys and sent an email to the big bosses, and left. Probation periods are as much a trial for you, as it is for your employer. Most seem to think we’re grateful for ANY job, I’d rather eat shit
