Just a short rant. I'm a MA. I just got off the phone with a prospective employer who ended up turning me away after I answered her salary expectation question. My answer was only $15/hour. Some places have the audacity to offer $9. $9 even though most healthcare providers don't have the knowledge or time to do the many tasks that MAs carry out in order to keep said providers pockets stuffed with cash and your health in check. Just wanted to bring a little attention to us MAs. Rant over.
