Hello all! Please remove if this isn’t appropriate for antiwork, it’s not the typical leftist rant I usually enjoy going on but I think it’s appropriate here because basically I’m trying to take everything I can from my company for my employees.
I work for a very generous company and have been put in charge of building out a robust benefits package. I want to know what kinds of non typical things I should include in my proposal so that I get everything I can for my coworkers. Basically….help me take them for everything we can and help me create a place that’s a model for what we all wish work was!

What else can I add here? Our company is relatively high profile, I’d really like this package to set an example, it could influence others in our industry and beyond. TIA!
