I am not sure if this is the right forum for me but I really feel like ranting. I am currently employed in a multi national corporation who claims to care about employee's “mental and physical health”. People won't ask you to wait up but you would be given targets that are unattainable without working 80 hours a week. I was sitting in my chair for 10 hours without getting up even once and now I have a severe back pain for which I am not even allowed to take a day off and no one cares
