I am 24. A recent graduate with a master’s degree (with distinction). I have also worked since I was 16 at different places so my job experience varies tremendously. I’ve done a lot of research. I have a published work. I have technical and interpersonal skills.
I quit my job that was absolutely draining me, underpaying me, and went to pursue something that was outside of the minimum wage I’ve been working for. I don’t live with my family anymore and need to be on my own. I live my s/o in our own place. We both contribute to the bills. This means I need work soon.
I have applied to about 80-85 jobs. Only 2 interviews. No offers. I don’t know what to do now or where to even look for work.
Any advice is helpful. I use LinkedIn, I’ve gone through recruiters, I’ve used job posting websites, etc.
I have an established resume, cover letter, statement of interest, references, and writing samples that are included with most of my applications.
No luck.
