I just tested positive for Covid on Sunday, my boss wanted me to come in and get one of their Covid tests (which is reasonable because they probably need it for their records) but what really has me mad is that she wanted me to work! She said if I don’t have any symptoms or a fever (I have chills, headache, sore throat, and muscle aches and my fever got up to 103 degrees 4 hours prior to getting their test I was only just able to get it down with Tylenol) that it would be okay for me to come in and work. I can’t believe this! We’re supposed to be taking care of the people in this facility. Not spreading a virus that could kill them! I can’t believe they could be so careless. This has to be illegal. We JUST had a huge Covid outbreak in the building too! And even if it doesn’t kill them, why would I want any resident in the building to suffer having it? I’m seeing red right now.
