Our company has 3 full time employees, I am the only non-owner among them. As most of you know shit has a way of rolling downhill. I have had shit shoveled on top of me in this position as the only subordinate for 2 years now. Lately I have adopted an idgaf attitude and started letting my feelings be known in real time. “hey don't throw your trash on the floor, we have 7 trash cans and I am the one who has to clean up after your lazy ass” type of stuff.
Tonight my boss comes up to me and says “I don't want any of your attitude tonight” I stared at them for a few seconds and walked away without saying anything. I have been at my breaking point for months now, I am seriously considering walking out tonight.
