Hello, my other half has excruciating pain every day of her life from a medical condition (on a high dosage of prescribed painkillers), she had a surgery appointment booked in and time off work but unfortunately the hospital cancelled. Since then the hospital have given a new date and my partners work won’t give her time off for this surgery to end her pain which could result her going back on the waiting list for months.
Is there any advice for us please? UK based if that means anything.
