Does anyone else work as a software dev, and your company expects you to work after hours with no pay ?

So im a software dev contractor for a company. My deadlines are super super tight, and there is so many bugs that need to be fixed.. Anyways, one thing i don't see people talk about is how managers pressure you to work after hours, but never mention to use a pay code for the extra hours worked. After working here for a year, i feel like my “volunteer hours” is nothing but exploitation. Im debating if i should resign… it seems that the work is endless, and everyday is super stressful because poor sprint planning, and poor story writing. I feel exploited, and stupid for working weekends without asking for pay. I work overtime mainly to catchup, cause you know how the hell are you supposed to do the work when you're in back to back calls and other bullshit distractions. Needed to get that off my chest, could anyone…

Needed to get that off my chest, could anyone relate ?
