I’m wondering what routes are needed to get accommodations in the workplace. Seem to have a very understanding workplace but in my experience understanding has an expiration date/time limit. So I’d like to get things official and in writing before it’s an issue. I would submit these things to HR but how do I bring them up to the people I actually work with? Advice on how to address it with your doctor(s) and with your supervisor(s).
