overtime / labor laws question (arizona)

ovetime/labor law question (arizona) My company has everyone working 4 days of 12 hour shifts with 4 days off, every week. That's 48 hours a week, every week. My employer has set the 'work week' that our pay is calculated on to end in the middle of everyone's shift so that they end up paying us 0 overtime, even though we work a consecutive 48 hours every week. Does anyone know if this is legal? Do we have any options?
