Job stressful before starting

So I’m unsure if this is the right place for this question but should I not work for this company? It’s a home health company that therapist go to adults home that need therapy like physical or speech and I’ll be in office as a office coordinator.Perks of the job. The pay,personal office,I kinda know the job. Downside I feel everything is getting rushed. I got the job the same day as the interview,I went in that satuday for a brief 3 hour training (which I got paid $4 less for) and also got ask to complete training at home & with a assessment and asked Tuesday night to make flash cards (all this all not on the clock) and my boss already calling me pass work hours which is 530. Unsure if I should look at these as red flags and run or see how it works out. Tired…
