(Electrician) driving to another jobsite

Me and my foreman use the company truck to drive to a job 1.5hrs from where we live. We were alerted that we need to do a service call 1.5hrs back towards where we live. Our normal shift ends at 3:00, he says we need to leave our current jobsite at 2:00. I ask “why 2? We should be leaving at noon to get there in time and do the work before 3:00 comes” my foreman says that “we are technically going home so we shouldn't be getting paid” I told him “no we aren't going home, we are going to another job site, why should I volunteer my free time to drive to another job, and end up finishing and getting off around 5 with no overtime?” He says “well I don't see it that way, what difference does it make, next time you can just drive yourself to…

When he brings my personal hobbies into an argument then I become furious, so I told him “if we are going home at 2:00 then you might as well take me home at 2”
