So got offered a promotion which will involve doing a lot more work, monitoring helping new people sampling cases etc, and the big pharmaceutical company offered me an extra €89 a month for it, genuinely shocked how bad of an increase co sidering the cost of living I can barely afford to drive to work. Should I just click don't accept in workday for the offer or speak to my manager. Already been announced to the whole team I got it so be funny to reject it now cause there so stuck
