I just want to vent about my boss because no one else seems to care besides my wife. I’ve been with this company for 2 months. It’s not a bad company but man they’re values are all sorts of screwed. My big boss calls our help “Mexicans” none stop. He refuses to call them the shingle guys or our help or literally anything else. Yesterday while I was at work, one of the older guys called black people the hard R. Then the other older guy called the shingle guys a racist remark as well. When I told him that wasn’t very nice, he said “well I’m not a nice person.” They constantly complain about their spouses and honestly I enjoy my wife a lot so this stuff makes me a tad uncomfortable. It’s not like there’s an HR I can report them to because it’s a family owned business so they are they’re own HR. I’m looking for more jobs currently because I can’t work in a toxic environment like that.
