I’ve been at this company for a year, I knew the company my was in association with a local union but I never really found out what that meant for me (my company is not really good about communication) and I’m curious how this can impact me. What I do know is the company can now change our schedule for various reasons and instead of the limited yearly raise the company doubled it. However I can’t help but think I’m missing something here? Thoughts?
