so my boss does this thing to me and all my coworkers where if we come in early/ cant take a break she'll just edit our time sheets and take that time out of the paycheck.
i work the front desk at a country club, sometimes i work almost 9 hours alone and i cant leave for a break unless theres someone else there. i tried explaining this but she still takes the time out and says something about finances and corporate
and if you come in early or even stay late she takes that time away too
i want to quit but my parents wont let me, they say holding a job for a long time looks good on a college application (even though ive explained to them i want to go to a technical school, not college). since im 16 i cant really do much without their permission
i have photo evidence of what my time was before she edited it (it's a habit to take photos of our time sheets now) and many of my coworkers also do. is there anything we can do in this situation?
