Pitfalls to wife using my resume to get a remote job?

Not anti work, but screwing with norms and pulling one over on the man so maybe it fits. Would love to hear some thoughts. I have a much “bigger” resume than my wife does. I’m also really good at interviewing. She’s been at home with the kids for 4 years and isn’t hearing back except from entry level positions. she wants to start earning some money but we agree it isn’t worth it for $15-$20 an hour. I have a much “bigger” resume than my wife does. I’m also really good at interviewing. I was thinking- What if I used my resume to get a remote work job making considerably more than she could with her resume, but she did most of the actual work? I’d want to keep my 9-5 as it’s a Cush one with a six figure salary + commission and I make my own schedule. I’d teach her everything she needs to know, and would make any in-person appearances that needed to be made.

What are the pitfalls? How would we get caught? Love to hear your collective thoughts.
