How to quit in less than 3 months

Hi, I need some ideas please. I studied art, photography to be precise but I didn't get the chance to work in the field because of the limited hiring opportunities in my country. I tried opening my own business but then the pandemic happened and I settled for a normal job of 8 hours /day at a call center. During that time, I barely had any time for creativity at all and while I'm happy that I have a constant income, I feel like I don't love life anymore and I contemplate quitting every week. I cannot go back to freelancing yet or opening my own business because I wanna do it legally so I don't get fined and also so I can sign contracts with the clients, to protect me and my work.

I started learning some graphic design, I'm also good at illustrations but I have a long way to go until I can build a solid portfolio. I want to quit this year but I wonder how realistic it would be. I don't wanna go another job I hate, it has to be something in the creative field. Does anyone have any idea how to achieve this goal by the end of the year? I'm obviously gonna practice a lot but realistically, it takes months to master a new skill and I can't become an illustrator with beginner skills.
