I feel absolutely terrible right now, and my MOD came over to see what was up. I said I didn’t want to leave and inconvenience my coworkers since there would only be 2 others on staff for the overnight, but he was like “we’re technically a Marxist organization which means workers first” and told me to take a break and if I need to leave then I can. It’s a new experience to be respected as a human at my job
