So I found out my wife has worked for nearly 10 years at a company and she's making the same amount as an entry level employee. She works a much more specialized position than he does (different job title and department). She's recently got a review for 4% while he received 11%. She's going to supervisor on Monday. Anything advice on how to handle this?
