It is hard to me to understand why a company suppously focused on productivity and safety is doing such a shitty management decision to make the productive employees and those who make the real value in our products to take a forced unpaid leave.
Even if you want to not paid any employees the only thing they are doing is delaying deadlines and deliveries which would need to be done anyways so it doesn't matter if you pause the work because it still needs to be done, leadership is only generating discomfort and put roadblocks in the productivity instead on focusing on fixing issues in our products and doing a better service.
If you're in position of choosing between honeywell and other companies products and service don't chose honeywell or make sure that you won't accept such disrespectful treatment of honeywell employees.
