So I went through the interview stuff, and I kinda noticed some red flags, but I thought I was being paranoid/anxious cause I'm a little uncomfortable around men (I know it's not all men, pls don't start with that). Then today I went to the orientation with my other two co-workers, who are also males (which I didn't really care cause they were my age).
He starts it off with a joking threat that he can flip out sometimes if we do something wrong (forgot what it was), and then he goes over the rules.
He mentions tying up your hair, I was like k, valid, then he's like “and no nail polish or fake nails, nothing like that”, he then looks directly at me (note my nails are short, and unpolished), then turns to the other two dudes and he says “I don't really care about you guys” (something to that context) while one of the two has chipped clear nail polish (absolutely no hate, they looked nice) in which he didn't mention anything about.
Anyway, throughout the interview he's doing these little threats saying he likes everything neat and tidy and he'll blow up if something is out of order. Which really concerned me.
Besides that he's an anti-vaxxer, which I don't really care about, as long as he keeps his mask on (I'm fully vaccinated and double boosted), but still it annoys me.
The bottom line is I really need the money cause I couldn't find any other job and I'm a 18 year old highschool drop out.
