Sad about starting new job

I start a new job tomorrow. I’m really sad about it because this is the job I had to take after I got let go from my dream job. I miss my old job, I miss my old coworkers, I wish they could have trained me so that I could have stayed but the manager didn’t like me and insisted that this kind of work “isn’t for me” when I was working my a$$ off to get trained and help out the team.
The career I went into has super niche areas and I really like the higher complexity work. I just know that I’m going to be bored to tears at the new job.
(They also didn’t pay out my vacation which sucked because I had to go on unemployment)
