I started working at a boba shop and from the beginning the assistant manager hated me he made me move all the fridges and mop behind them and when that didn't clean the syrup behind it he made me get a metal wedge from the bathroom and get on my hands and knees and scrape it after that i made myself a drink because i was tired and he sent me home. I made myself a drink because they said we could when i was hired and I've seen him make one for himself.
After that there was a rush the next week and he was in the back brewing tea and i was making drinks with another girl i did about half the drinks but he and the other girl in the back complained i didn't do anything. He reported me to the manager and the manager said i was too slow even though the there was no official training and i was trained by four different people who explained things in different ways. I was fired by the general manager who never saw me work because he only came in a couple times and he would watch on the camera and saw me on my phone and eating but they said we could as long as there were no customers and i asked other people if it was alright and they said it was.
He said when he fired me that no one liked working with me but i sent him texts from people saying they were waiting to get scheduled with me but he ignored it. Then when I went back in to confirm i had gotten the check because it wasn't labeled with the company name because the system had gone down after a robbery he told me to never come back and again told me no one liked working with me even though I had sent him those texts
