coworker rude to le about messing up food order when I filled in for manager who was out for personal reasons

So my boss's mom was sick. Had to be hospitalized & then passed away. Boss was out for almost 2 wks. I had no choice but to fill in for boss doing 2 schedules & 2 food orders. 1st food order went ok. 2nd one not so much. I ordered a couple incorrect items, double ordered some stuff & apparently went to store for unnecessary items. I had today off & the cook on duty today (who is friends with the boss outside work) texted me to complain about what I did & then called me to be rude. I sent her a long text telling her I didn't ask for the extra responsibilities, didn't want them, they make me stressed, the wknd sucked, & I'm not the boss & don't want to be. Then I apologized for my anxiety being an issue & not being comfortable asking for help. She has not responded & the boss hasn't even attempted to call or text me herself. She was back at work today too.

Idk how to handle the situation & don't know what to say to either of them when I go back to work tomorrow. I also do not ever want to be responsible for that stuff ever again & need to convey that to my boss. Advice?
