The turnover rate is high because of her…

And she doesn’t seem to realize it. I work in a healthcare clinic. My manager is Satan reincarnated. We’ve had 8 people quit in 1 week. On top of not being paid nearly enough to deal with her bullshit and patients’ bullshit, she is overworking every single one of us to the bone because she won’t even step in to help when were short staffed. She just sends passive aggressive emails and pushes us out of our current online task to answer calls. Beyond this, she has done other shady things like change my time card to say I worked less hours than I actually did, etc. We were not hired to be a call center. If that is what’s short staffed, YOU as the manager should step in. Anyway, looking for new jobs as I write this but also wondering if I should file a formal complaint?
