Wife is quitting her corporate job soon

She wanted a “change” last year and switched careers to what would be her first office job in corporate America working for a multi-million dollar company. After she was hired, she learned she was lied to about the job description and has been doing 90% of tasks unrelated to what she was hired to do. Since she started, I've noticed a change in her well-being and attitude where she has been coming home every day either angry or depressed. The office is filled with boomers/older Gen-X who have been there for decades and love to micromanage, make homophobic/transphobic comments, etc. The only thing that has been keeping her there is the money (which is only slightly more than she was making at her previous job) and health “benefits”. I told her that it's not worth it anymore to have a job she hates that is taking a toll on her…

Just not worth it anymore.
