Title. Apparently there's two categories of budgets and I don't fit in to the other one. They pay the staffing agency I got hired on through more than they pay me to work here. Very angry right now. Treating this job like it doesn't matter when I know it's important I keep it.
Plus they've been telling us we need to work harder because we're not getting enough work done to justify our costs. I busted my ass the past couple of days because I thought i'd be making more than seventeen bucks an hour with a four year degree in chemistry that cost me nearly thirty grand. Come in to work to being punished for working hard.
All while corporate boomers get paid the lions share to screw around with their thumbs up their asses and mismanage the budgets. While complaining we're not making them enough money.
I guess there's nothing I can do but continue to be a stepping stool for the big guy or just quit, but it's tough getting a job with a criminal record, so I guess I just deal with the injustice. This place is super trashy.
