reasons:
i'm not a obnoxious fuck who sits there and talks all day, i'd rather put my earphones in
all my team does is sit there talk all the time, just shouting over each other
i moved myself for 2 days, since it was too loud and i couldn't concentrate
my ex assistant manager whilst hiring, said she wanted strictly a woman early 20's – no men at all it would throw off the teams dynamic
i was off for 3 days since i suffer with chronic illness – highly inconvenient to the team
i had a hospital appointment yesterday – highly inconvenient to the team
i would rather go on walks in my lunch than eat with them
i also wrote an email saying I was upset about being shouted at across the office for a bill of lading being missed although it was found straight away and still had 3 days to be sent to the carrier
my manager said this was her personality… and switches it around on me
