Hi I am currently employed at a small construction company about 8 employees. The owner is our direct supervisor and at any idle opportunity he singles me out and bullies me. He seeks to put me down and belittle me in anyway. What can I do? Should I launch a formal complaint with out office manager/dispatecher/hrs person? What good would it do? I've had other employees intercede and tell him what he is doing is wrong but he's back to it. I'm about to start recording him til I get enough evidence for a lawsuit if that's even possible for this. Hell if I record him at least I get to have him actively being a little shit, he often enjoys the occasional racist rant.
