Online job applications are bullshit

I love how all of these companies will write a gigantic fucking paragraph of all the duties they expect of you and have a huge list of requirements you need to have, but somehow conveniently forget to write what the fucking pay or schedule even is. Has this ever happened to you? Because it's happened to me around 30 fucking times these past couple weeks. It's even worse when employers reach out directly to you saying shit like “we saw your resume and are impressed with your experience, come apply to our position!” only to find out the job listing makes NO mention of the hours whatsoever. So you write back to ask, and get an answer like “Oh yeah, this position requires availability any day of the week during the morning, afternoon, and evening.” And then you have to write something back like “Oh, so you weren't impressed by…

It's incredible how so many companies are seemingly desperate for employees but still think they can get away with bullshit like this.
