I was reading a comment on another post who said that RR employees aren’t like UPS employees in that they can’t up and quit without the government stepping in and forcing them to work. WTF? Since when can the government force you to work? Sure, there are illegal strikes, but I’m talking about just quitting in general. If someone could elaborate, that would be great. Edit* I sent a DM to that person. It was just a misunderstanding. Apparently they can’t.
