Ok, if employers aren’t going to tell me how much they’re going to pay me until AFTER applying with a resume, creating a custom cover letter, having a first interview (Zoom), AND a second interview (in-person) then as workers, we should collectively not tell them about our qualifications.

Make them guess if we're going to be a good fit, just like they make us guess if we'll be able to survive on what they want to give us. It only really works if all workers do it and it probably wouldn't work anyway. To employers- Just for fuck sake, tell me how much I will get paid before I waste all my time groveling at your feet.
