I live and work in South Carolina. It’s at a coca-cola warehouse and I was given about 2 hours of practice with a forklift before they decided that was good enough for me to start. Now I didn’t really want to lose my job because money is tight so I just went along with it. I actually damaged some product and the two guys I was working with said they would take the blame. None of this sounds legal at all so what do?
