I did what they asked. I scheduled my time off almost two months in advance. I have then plenty of notice and time to plan around this.
They approved every step.
I just wanted to take one weekend off. Just one.
So tell me why my manager had me scheduled to work 6 days in a row?
Tell me why one of my shifts doesnt end until 7 hours into a day that I had requested and gotten approved to be of for?
Tell me why I can't actually use my vacation hours because my shifts didn't get covered, they got rescheduled.
And tell me why my vacation time will be taken anyway
I did everything right
Why does it feel like I'm being punished for that?
