During one year of micromanaging and dealing with a stressful person, I decided to look for another position..
I resigned last month and it still only 7 days to finish the notice period…
During the first week, that boss told me its not friendly to resign after one year of training … you wanna leave and work with another company ..so you forgot your first day? Im sure you won’t be happy there and you will come back..
Yesterday, I told him that I won’t be available between 4-6 pm(since we work from 9am-7pm)
He told me, we have to finish the project to deliver it to the client…if you refuse to stay between 4-6 pm, im going to apply the law and you will pass your notice period onsite instead of staying remotely.
He sent me a slack message to insist that and to let HR sees the conversation between us .
After a while, I decided to work until 2am with that fucking man to finish that project ( I know it’s a mistake but I don’t want to hear a word from this fucking sick boss)
Then, when we are done, he asked me for my english resume ( saying im going to resign too…I dont like the environment here)
Then he told me, you should come next week onsite to eat lunch with us..
I don’t like his hypocrisy and wanna hear your opinions, what to do and not to do ?
