I work for a global multibillion dollar engineering contractor. We run a local wastewater treatment plant (aka we work with literal shit/piss/vomit water). Today was one of my coworkers 30th year at the company. They were given a thank you card and a Dairy Queen blizzard. That’s it. Needless to say, today is my last day.
