2) I think what she fails to see is that I have the leverage with my current employer, so best believe I’ll be leaving when I say I am, but offer to act as a consultant/part time employee at double/triple my hourly rate for the current gig
I have screamed from the mountain tops that we need more cross training so people can take vacations and I keep getting told to “stay in you lane”. Just took an off ramp, you assholes!
